- Check-in time is from 14:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- The guest acknowledges joint and several liability for all services until the invoices are fully paid.
- Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to rooms caused by themselves, their friends or anyone responsible.
- Management is not responsible for guests' personal and valuable items, such as money, jewelry or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms.
- Free safes, in compliance with the terms and conditions of use, are available in the rooms.
- Regardless of charging instructions, guest acknowledges that they are personally responsible for paying all charges accrued on behalf of guests during their stay.
- Personal data will be collected and processed, in compliance with the legal provisions referred to in the GDPR regarding the protection of personal data and in compliance with the general principles of correctness and protection of your privacy, for purposes related to the performance of our business.
They will be used for example to issue the electronic invoice.
- Cancellation of the reservation will be free of charge within 30 days of the expected date of arrival and within 48 hours of booking, otherwise it is non-refundable.
- Our structure is a Residence, therefore unlike a hotel, it allows guests to manage their stay independently. We offer simple services aimed at home comfort. Daily room cleaning will not be included, but everything necessary will be provided to ensure you have a complete service. *N.B. For extended stays after the third night, we will take care of linen changes and tidying up the room on the fourth day.
- Late checkout: Late checkout until 1:00 PM is available for an additional €30 for rooms and €50 for apartments and suites. This option must be requested at least 24 hours before departure. Availability of late checkout is subject to confirmation and may not be guaranteed.
